- Salary range for Maintenance Technician: $27.49/hr up to $31.59/hr (based on education, experience and skills) + $1.00 overnight premium

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Pryor, as the Maintenance Technician :
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment safely, efficiently and in compliance with all plant policies and procedures
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications
- Perform work on Electro-Mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic and hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and other rotating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, control circuits, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial/electronic controls.
- Install and set up VFDs; bend conduit and pull electrical wire.
- Work with communication devices, power transmission systems, and paper mill systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, ladder diagrams, and prints.
- Maintain and troubleshoot encoders, sensors, and limit switches.
- Develop procedures for improved knowledge on machine operation, change over and troubleshooting
- Train others on machine operation, changeover and troubleshooting processes
- Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or leadership team

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment OR working towards an Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery (motors, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power)
- Presicision maintenance mentality and use of precision tools
- Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics and electro-mechanical equipment is preferred
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems using test equipment
- PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with practical mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics / blueprints
- Maintains strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Capable of performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Must be willing to complete Maintenance Multicraft training
- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments
- Installation and troubleshooting with various types of machinery
- Work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Welding and/or machinist experience
- SAP preferred
- Previous safety training preferred
- Follow all safety guidelines; utilize PPE at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Complete quality checks
- Work the scheduled / assigned times, and required overtime
