Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage, guide, and inspire a team of 9–10 digital marketing specialists responsible for email execution, lead capture, and landing page deployment.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the strategy, continuous optimization, and execution of automated omni-channel campaigns (email, lead generation, web, and webinars) that align with overarching business growth and retention goals.
MarTech & AI Modernization: Champion the transition from legacy workflows to modern enterprise platforms (Marketo, Adobe Stack, Salesforce CRM) while integrating AI tools (e.g., Copilot) within established governance parameters.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all marketing communications strictly comply with financial industry regulations, legal frameworks, and corporate privacy standards.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign ROI, track conversion metrics, and deliver data-backed insights to executive leadership.

People Leadership: Minimum 3+ years of direct people management experience leading and developing a high-volume marketing or technical team (non-negotiable).

Enterprise Experience: Proven experience operating within a large, highly regulated enterprise environment (Financial Services or FinTech background preferred).
