Our Client in the Financial Industry is searching for an experienced Manager, Digital Messaging to drive the timely and effective delivery of all marketing-related communications across authenticated digital channels (Mobile Banking, Online Portals, ATMs) and the Email channel. In this role, you'll be a vital link, bridging the gap between campaign strategy and execution. You'll work closely with Campaign Execution and Journey Managers, bringing together the necessary creative and content assets to successfully launch digital marketing campaigns and contribute significantly to overall marketing success. Responsibilities
Digital Messaging and Optimization
Support Journey Managers with all activities related to digital campaigns, publishing, user experiences, and digital sales.
Assist the Campaign Enablement team by investigating any pre-production or post-production errors or issues.
Monitor and ensure strict compliance with relevant CASL, anti-spam, and privacy regulations.
Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and optimization, including retargeting, deep-linking, and optimizing campaigns for an omni-channel experience.
Partner with Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing Science teams to provide full-funnel channel measurement, integrating lower-funnel data sources like Adobe Analytics and Authenticated channel metrics.
Propose recommendations based on key learnings for channel optimizations, such as email triggers, resolving customer pain points, and integrating new vendors and omni-channel opportunities.
Campaign Management / Project Management
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various teams (creative, content, analytics, etc.) to gather necessary assets and information for execution.
Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Manage project timelines and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of campaigns.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Provide post-campaign analysis and reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
Marketing accreditation or a four-year degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
3+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager.
3+ years of experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team.
Previous experience with an email platform migration.
Previous experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Adobe CDP.
Expertise in Excel reporting and formulas, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
Demonstrated knowledge of Multi-Touch Attribution and/or Marketing Mix Modelling.
Must have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills, with a thorough understanding of effective communication across one-to-one marketing channels.
Ability to analyze results to make informed decisions and program enhancements over time.
Enthusiastic team player with an exceptionally keen eye for detail.
Data-minded with an eye for aesthetics.
Comfortable prioritizing tasks, managing multiple work streams, and taking on additional projects as needed.
High level of professionalism and the ability to work calmly in difficult and high-pressure situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French and/or Spanish language skills are preferred.
