Key Responsibilities:
 System Leadership & Implementation:
o Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the Concur Travel
Expense management system.
o Manage end-to-end system implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and
adoption.
o Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business teams to optimize system configurations
and integrations.
 Shared Service Oversight:
o Oversee the global T&E shared service team responsible for processing travel and
expense reports.
o Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality, timely
support.
o Drive process standardization and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
 Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
o Act as the primary SME for T&E policies, procedures, and best practices across
regions.
o Provide guidance and training to global teams, ensuring compliance with policies and
audit requirements.
 Reporting & Analytics:

 In-depth knowledge and subject matter expert in SAP Concur
 Structured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.
 Very good MS Office knowledge
 Very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.
