Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $32.00 – $36.00 / hour

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for fabricating and modifying precision components essential to industrial drive systems. You will set up and operate manual machine tools to produce high-quality parts that keep global supply chains moving. This isn't high-volume, mindless repetition; you'll be applying your knowledge of mechanics and metal properties to ensure every part meets rigorous safety and durability standards.
Your Responsibilities
Precision Machining: Set up and operate manual lathes to produce high-tolerance components (shafts, sprockets, and custom drive parts).
Material Mastery: Work with a variety of steels and alloys, ensuring proper tool selection and feed rates.
Blueprint Literacy: Read and interpret complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Quality Control: Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify that parts meet exact specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on manual machines to ensure peak operational performance.
Safety First: Adhere to all shop safety protocols to maintain our gold-standard work environment.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Manual Machining experience is a MUST. We are looking for someone who can "feel" the machine.
Technical Skill: Proven expertise in manual lathe operation and setup.
Attention to Detail: Ability to hold tight tolerances and deliver flawless finishes on custom parts.
Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; Journeyman ticket is considered a strong asset.
