Are you a highly skilled Manual Machinist looking to elevate your career in the aerospace and skilled trades sector? Our rapidly expanding client in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is urgently seeking 10 dedicated Machinists to join their operation.
...
Our client is enthusiastically hiring at all experience levels, ranging from entry-level and apprentice machinists to fully experienced manual and CNC machinists. If you genuinely enjoy hands-on work, precision machining, and engaging in proactive problem-solving within a highly collaborative aerospace environment, this position in Winnipeg is an absolute ideal fit for your career trajectory.
Please Note: While CNC Machinists are absolutely welcome to apply, you must possess strong, proven manual machining experience to be considered for this role. We are not accepting applications for basic machine operators.
By joining this prestigious aviation team, you will secure incredible stability and work within a highly supportive, exceptionally clean, and temperature-regulated facility. You will rely heavily on your manual mill and lathe expertise to fabricate and repair complex aviation components. We have two major hiring cohorts scheduled: start dates are at the end of August, followed by another batch at the end of September. To secure top talent from across the country, we are highly willing to offer relocation assistance for the right candidates moving to Winnipeg!
Your schedule will be a standard Monday to Friday day shift, with some flexibility required for evenings or weekends as production demands. Because safety and clear operational communication are paramount in the aviation industry, strong English proficiency is required to interpret technical blueprints and collaborate safely with the wider production team.
Advantages
