THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL DO
Heavy Systems Operation: Masterfully operate overhead cranes and forklifts to maintain a seamless production flow.
Precision Quality Control: Utilize advanced measuring equipment to ensure every component meets our "Gold Standard" before shipment.
Technical Oversight: Get hands-on with Hydraulic Systems, Steam Boilers, and Pressure Vessels in a high-tech facility.
Blueprint Execution: Interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints with 100% accuracy.
Solution-Driven Initiative: Bring your problem-solving skills to the floor to troubleshoot issues and optimize quality in real-time.

Mechanical Aptitude: You understand how things work and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
Detail-Oriented: You spot the small stuff and care about "doing it right the first time."

Responsibilities
Safe Equipment Operation: Certified forklift and overhead crane operator.
Quality Assurance: High-accuracy measurement and technical documentation.
Systems Expertise: Proficient in hydraulics, steam boilers, and pressure vessel safety.
Physical Readiness: Capable of heavy lifting and safe material movement in fast-paced environments.
Adaptive Thinking: Resourceful problem-solver focused on manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications
The Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools and safe machine operation.
The Mindset: A mature, reliable attitude toward hard work and shop floor culture.
The Strength: Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling (using proper aids).
The Assets: A valid Forklift Certification and Overhead Crane experience are highly valued
