Location Note: Must have a reliable personal vehicle (sites are not accessible by public transit).
Daily Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to hit daily production targets.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products and measure parts to ensure strict quality standards.
Troubleshooting: Make minor equipment adjustments and clear basic jams or mechanical issues on the fly.
Material Handling: Stage raw materials, load production lines, and organize finished goods.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
What You Bring
Experience: Prior experience in machine operation, factory work, or general manufacturing.
Reliable Transportation: A personal vehicle to ensure consistent punctuality for both day and night shifts.
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work a rotating day/night schedule.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for extended periods, doing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, sharp safety awareness, and a track record of reliability.

Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
-Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
-Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
-Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
-Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
-Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
-Palletize all products as needed
-Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary
Qualifications
6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
