Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)
Shift Pattern: Full-time, 12-hour continental rotation (3-on / 2-off, 2-on / 3-off)
Onboarding: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM during initial training

Responsibilities
Wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large-scale production spindles with precision and structural integrity.
Continuously inspect product dimensions and monitor specifications to guarantee peak durability.
Power through demanding physical tasks, maintain high energy, and remain active on your feet across 12-hour shifts.
Collaborate closely with your crew to crush daily output goals while maintaining an uncompromised commitment to plant safety rules.
Qualifications
Bring a track record of executing heavy manual labor and persistent heavy lifting across extended working hours.
Demonstrate previous hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Possess your own dependable ride to ensure punctual attendance (our facility is not accessible by public transit).
Prepared to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to your official start date.
Forklift operating experience is a strong plus, though not required.
