Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-demand industrial positions. Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for specialized manufacturing roles across the wood, metal, plastic, and food production sectors. You will also manage recruitment pipelines for logistics and warehousing talent, including forklift operators and cross-docking personnel, while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for successful hires.
The role will include Interviews, screening, reviewing profiles and assisting talent with payroll, and app downloads.
Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience recruiting specifically within the manufacturing and logistics industries. A strong familiarity with technical roles, production environments, and supply chain positions is required to effectively vet candidate skill sets. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the self-discipline to manage your workload during remote days are essential for success in this role.
