The Digital Paid Media team, part of the Digital Commerce division, is an in-house group responsible for executing high-impact digital performance marketing campaigns across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. Working closely with the Media and Marketing Communications teams, as well as internal and external partners, this team integrates digital media strategies into annual and tactical marketing plans. Responsibilities include budget management, in-platform execution, and cross-channel media optimization to drive business performance.

Responsibilities
Lead Campaign Setup and Launch Activities – You drive, manage and execute Paid Media Campaigns (namely Paid Social) for your assigned lines of business. Working in partnership with all digital channels you will support business goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Media KPI Definition & Monitoring – You have a keen ability to provide insights, recommendations and digital strategic direction based on our client's vision, business needs and objectives (KPIs), industry trends, competitive landscape and metrics insights. You have the ability to pull metrics reporting and provide strategic insights to improve and enhance digital strategic programs for our client and the Business
• Stakeholder Management – Forge strong relationships with various teams, by working with the business and internal partners, owning the end to end Paid Media Campaigns to deliver against targets, with a strong understanding of the client needs and experiences across all channels . You are a great communicator, with the ability to synthesize data & results, findings and recommendations, then package key messages to the appropriate audiences. You have a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence key stakeholders in the organization and you’re a self-starter.

3. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. – 3 years
4. Platform Proficiency: Working knowledge or certification in at least two platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok and Pinterest). – 3 years
5. Analytical and Digital Savviness: Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and adaptability to evolving digital tools and trends. – 3 years
