Performance Measurement: Rigorously measure the ROI and effectiveness of specific advertising and communication programs, determining which channels drive the highest conversion for new accounts.
Research Design: Devise and implement sophisticated data collection methods, including digital surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires, to capture the "voice of the customer."
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with statisticians and pollsters to interpret complex consumer data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
Operational Oversight: Direct and manage trained survey interviewers and external vendors to ensure data integrity and project timelines are met.
