The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and will work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Service managers to provide top-tier support and innovative marketing content.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Reception
• Receive and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments with a professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors arriving at the facility.
• Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person for the sales department.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Admin Coordinator to streamline workflows.
• Perform efficient data entry and maintain clerical organization.
Marketing Support
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring all inventory listings are accurate and current.
• Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor and update physical product signage to ensure it remains current.
• Assist with initiatives to increase traffic to our various online platforms and improve brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in an administrative role or a similar professional position.
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation and Excel for data management.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and web content management.
• Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
