Project Management & Oversight: Monitor marketing deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met; triage inbound requests and identify resource gaps to support the Digital Marketing Manager.
Editorial Excellence: Review and polish all member-facing content to ensure it is brand-aligned, professional, and impactful.
Integrated Communications: Support internal departments (such as Education) by drafting newsletters, social media content, and email campaigns using established copy libraries.
Campaign Execution: Develop materials for major campaign launches, including draft press releases, industry notifications, and member updates.
Event Support: Draft leadership remarks, presentation slides, and post-event recaps for major industry conferences.
Media & Analytics: Track media interviews and news clips for internal reporting; utilize data analytics to provide best-practice recommendations for future projects.
System Management: Maintain and update digital content via WordPress and email marketing systems.
Qualifications Needed
Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in marketing or communications. Previous experience within a membership association or non-profit organization is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical industry information into engaging content for a broad audience.
Professionalism: Proven ability to operate with sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion when navigating cross-departmental needs.
Media Relations: Experience in press relations or media tracking is considered a significant plus.
