Responsibilities
As the Marketing Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational and financial tasks. Your core responsibilities will include:
Vendor and Finance Management: Manage the onboarding of marketing vendors, process SOWs, and support the invoicing process by aligning with vendors on reconciliations and internal processing of POs and invoices. You will also assist with managing the marketing budget.
Project Management & Collaboration: Build and maintain reporting dashboards, manage our marketing technology stack, and ensure proper platform integrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and finance, to align marketing operations with broader business initiatives.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. Use creative thinking to discover new opportunities and find innovative solutions by looking beyond current practices.
Strategic Support: Support lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution. Prepare marketing activity proposals and work with the finance team on their implementation and management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations and a knack for solving complex problems.
3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations position, with a background in marketing, product marketing, operations, or analytics.
Proven success in solving complicated process problems and managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
A strong understanding of the CTV (Connected TV) and OTT (Over-the-Top) landscape is a significant advantage.
A passion for automating and improving processes and the drive to adopt the latest technology tools.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
