In this role, you will act as a MarTech strategist within an Agile framework, driving the discovery and delivery of new capabilities that enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities
Strategy & Discovery: Formulate comprehensive marketing technology strategies that align with long-term business objectives and current industry trends.
Use Case Development: Partner with business stakeholders to define clear use cases, specifically outlining how platform capabilities can drive lead nurturing and marketing efficiency.
Capability Adoption: Translate business needs into technical user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Executive Storytelling: Craft and present compelling narratives to senior leadership that illustrate the value of technical strategies in relation to business growth.
Stakeholder Influence: Navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus across disparate teams without direct authority.
Implementation Guidance: Provide ongoing insights to technical teams to ensure that the strategic vision is accurately reflected in the final technical solutions.
Data & Insights: Analyze campaign data to derive insights and recommend strategic adjustments for optimized performance.
Consultation & Training: Partner with vendors and change management teams to educate internal marketing groups on the practical application of new tactics and tools.
Qualifications
Education: A university degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 5–7 years of experience within a marketing or technology background. Previous experience supporting a large-scale financial institution or similarly regulated industry is highly preferred.
Technical Literacy: Significant experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong understanding of how to leverage its capabilities for enterprise marketing. Preference given to candidates who have worked through a Salesforce implementation
Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Agile practices and a proven track record of participating in or leading Agile ceremonies.
Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain professional, transparent, and concise when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Mindset: Excellent judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks based on their value-driving potential.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
