This marketing business partner will work closely with the Digital Paid Media team, an in-house group responsible for executing high-impact digital performance marketing campaigns across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. This team integrates digital media strategies into annual and tactical marketing plans and includes budget management, in-platform execution, and cross-channel media optimization to drive business performance.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Lead Paid Media Execution: Leverage your expertise in paid media best practices, current digital media trends, and optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage End-to-End Campaigns: Take ownership of digital marketing campaigns from strategy development and setup to ad trafficking, targeting, creative uploading/sync, testing, and audience assignment.
- Drive Paid Social Strategy: Utilize your immediate and relevant Paid Social experience, platform knowledge, and analytical skills to develop and execute effective paid social campaigns that align with the marketing funnel.
- Apply Strategic Thinking: Take a holistic view of all tasks, partnering with various digital channels and internal stakeholders to support business goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Provide Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics reporting to provide strategic insights, recommendations, and digital strategic direction based on the organization's vision, business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate and Influence: Work both collaboratively and autonomously, managing your assigned portfolio of clients while supporting broader digital marketing strategies. You'll partner with other consultants, managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Foster an Entrepreneurial Mindset: Develop holistic digital strategies by collaborating with marketing communications, e-commerce, lines of business, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for paid media for your assigned lines of business, from strategy to execution.
- Build Strong Relationships: Forge strong relationships with the organization's various teams and external partners, understanding client needs and experiences across all channels to deliver against targets.
- Communicate Effectively: Synthesize data, results, findings, and recommendations, packaging key messages for appropriate audiences. You'll confidently partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
- 5+ Years of Paid Media Experience
- Expertise in managing Paid Social campaigns, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Strategic Thinking and KPI Monitoring
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Platform Proficiency – Experience or certification in at least two platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, DV360).
- Stakeholder Management and Leadership – 5 years
- Digital Savviness and Analytical Skills - Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving digital tools and trends.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Financial Industry experience
- Experience in account management within financial services or wealth management.
- Familiarity with cross-channel collaboration and end-to-end campaign ownership.
- Emerging Platforms and Advanced Reporting experience with knowledge of newer platforms like Pinterest or TikTok and experience with automated reporting tools.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovative solutions.
