Responsibilities

Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned lines of business, partnering with marketing communications and ecommerce teams to develop integrated strategies.
Performance Optimization: Identify and execute optimization opportunities to maximize campaign performance and ensure executional excellence.
Reporting and Insights: Pull comprehensive metric reports and synthesize findings into key messages and recommendations for various internal audiences.
Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate closely with media and creative agencies to troubleshoot ad server challenges and resolve any reporting discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work both autonomously and collaboratively with internal consultants and managers to achieve successful project delivery across all digital channels.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 4+ years of dedicated Paid Media experience with a focus on Paid Search strategy, execution, and optimization.
Platform Expertise: At least 4 years of hands-on experience and/or certification in both SA360 and Google Ads.
Stakeholder Management: 2+ years of experience in a leadership or client-facing capacity, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and build professional relationships.
Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, analyze complex metrics, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, ad trafficking, audience assignment, and automated reporting tools.
Educational Background: Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving digital tools and industry trends.
Preferred Assets: Prior experience in the financial services or wealth management sectors, familiarity with emerging platforms (Pinterest/TikTok), and experience mentoring team members.
