Data & Insights: Dive into performance metrics to help the team understand client behavior and optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between creative, media, operations, legal, and finance teams to break down barriers and deliver impactful ideas.
Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure every message is clear, consistent, and authentic across the organization.
Operational Excellence: Manage budget tracking and organize performance data to uncover actionable insights.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Experience: 1–3 years of marketing experience (open to exceptional Co-op students with relevant internship experience).
Creative Aptitude: Proven experience in the creative marketing space, including strategy development and the ability to review/critique creative assets.
Media Knowledge: Exposure to paid media channels, including YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok.
Soft Skills: A natural problem-solver who is highly collaborative, motivated by results, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Bilingualism (English/French).
A deep understanding of the Quebec market.
Prior experience working within a media or creative agency.
