Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing operations. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing projects from conception to completion.
Deep proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to drive decision-making.
Experience with other marketing technologies and platforms is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and influence both direct reports and cross-functional teams.
Ability to see the big picture and align operational processes with overall business goals.
A creative and methodical approach to solving complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
