Responsibilities
Process and Validate: You’ll accurately process material receipts and supplier invoices, ensuring all documentation—like packing slips and bills of lading—matche purchase orders.
Problem Solve: Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies between orders, shipments, and invoices by communicating with various teams.
Manage Data: Work within established performance goals to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data entry. You'll also support the maintenance of material test reports and manage documentation, including scanning and filing.
Support Inventory: Twice a year, you’ll be responsible for all inventory entries and adjustments in the system. You'll also support ongoing cycle counts and sub-inventory audits.
Collaborate: You'll be the go-to person for all things invoicing for our BC and Ontario locations, communicating effectively with remote teams and warehouse staff to get the job done. This is a role that requires you to be self-sufficient and able to adapt to a variety of tasks.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within a materials management or project-based industrial environment.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of documentation mindfulness.
Communication: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with remote teams.
Adaptability: The ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with MRP or ERP systems and analytical experience using Excel.
