The material handler and forklift operator is responsible for the daily movement of product, materials and machinery inside and outside of the warehouse facility using a combination of manual and mechanical means. This position is also responsible to complete customer orders, receive incoming shipments, re-stock inventory, pack and load orders for shipment and complete all necessary documents.

Responsibilities
• Locate and pick products using computer or paper systems; label and prepare orders for shipment
• Follow daily schedules to ensure orders are completed on time and in proper sequence
• Load trucks for efficient delivery and verify/restock incoming inventory
• Match materials with storage locations and report any discrepancies
• Complete daily pre-start checklists and communicate mechanical issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean warehouse and yard; store materials and machinery safely
Qualifications
• Well organized with ability to multi task, work with changing priorities
• Must be physically fit (walk, lift, climb)
• Forklift certificate
• Computer literate
