30% Manual Floor Operations: Perform manual order picking, pallet building, and inventory verification using RF scanning technology.
Cold Storage Operations: Work efficiently inside freezer storage areas with temperatures maintained at -22°C.
Inbound & Outbound Handling: Verify product tags, scan locations, and place incoming goods into assigned rack spaces to maintain strict inventory accuracy.

Physical Tasks: Regularly lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Environment: Comfortable working full shifts in a refrigerated/freezer warehouse (-22°C conditions).
Work Ethic: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly during manual picking tasks.
Safety Footwear: Must possess and wear CSA-approved safety steel-toe boots/shoes.
Punctuality: Proven record of strong attendance and reliability.
