Schedule :
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (includes paid lunch). OR Weekend Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay rate : $21 + $1,50 freezer premium
Location : Brantford

- Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $1.50/hour freezer premium ($22.50 total). Weekly pay cycles.
- Available Schedules:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (includes paid lunch).
OR
Weekend Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Freezer Gear Provided: Heavy-duty winter coat, insulated pants, and toque supplied by the company.
- On-site amenities include lockers, a fully equipped cafeteria, free parking, and full transit accessibility.
- Thorough onboarding featuring full orientation, internal recertification, and hands-on job shadowing.
Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Operate a Crown reach forklift (70% of the workflow) alongside manual order picking and lifting up to 50 lbs (30%).
Receive, stow, and manage frozen food inventory using RF scanning technology.
Navigate safely through narrow aisle racking systems.
Perform daily tasks inside a freezer environment maintained at -22°C.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a reach truck.
Valid forklift certification (either in-house or external).
Strong background working in fast-paced distribution centers.
Comfort operating in cold storage environments (prior freezer experience is a major plus!).
