Responsibilities

Stock Management: Securely transport, tier, and organize freight throughout the building with a high level of accuracy.
Dock Operations: Run incoming and outgoing freight efficiently, keeping trailers turning over on schedule.
Order Picking: Locate and pull product accurately while keeping staging areas organized to prevent any bottlenecks.
Pre-Shift Inspections: Run through your daily equipment checklist before your shift starts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Floor Safety: Keep your work area tidy and follow all plant guidelines to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
Pull Together: Partner up with the rest of the floor crew to hit our daily turnaround goals without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Certificates
Active Ticket: Must hold a valid forklift certification (such as Counterbalance, Reach, Dock Stocker, or Walkie).
Logistics Background: Previous experience handling freight or operating industrial machinery in a fast-moving environment.
Strong Track Record: A history of excellent attendance and punctuality—someone the team can count on every day.
Physical Demands: Able to handle the physical side of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
Shift Commitment: Ready and available to take on a permanent, full-time schedule at our Oshawa site.
