Position: Material Handler / Reach Truck Operator
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay: $25.77/hr
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Responsibilities
• Performs material handling duties including kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving as required by production schedules.
• Operates material handling equipment such as a Reach Truck, Tow Motor, Powered Pump Trucks, and BT Basket safely and efficiently.
• Stocks put-aways, organizes warehouse shelves, and kits parts accurately while strictly respecting FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory principles.
• Utilizes computer systems including SAP, FactoryTalk, and Workday to accurately view, log, track, and find appropriate job-related inventory information.
• Completes all necessary physical and digital paperwork precisely for incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving orders.
• Tracks emergency breakdown orders and coordinates directly with manufacturing Planners and Engineers to quickly release outbound materials.
Qualifications
• Must possess a valid Forklift License or be fully committed to obtaining a license within 3 months of the role's start date.
• Ability to comfortably and repetitively lift up to 35 lbs throughout the afternoon shift.
• Capability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during a 10-hour manufacturing shift.
• Strong visual and manual hand dexterity for handling, packing, and sorting small manufacturing parts and components.
• Strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, attendance guidelines, and standard corporate codes of conduct.
