As a Material Handler, you are a vital logistics specialist, responsible for the precise movement, storage, and handling of critical materials, goods, and products. This is a hands-on role that demands sharp attention to detail, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload materials from various transport methods (trucks, racks, etc.) using material handling equipment or manual effort.
- Move, stack, and organize inventory to maximize space and accessibility within the warehouse or production areas.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, strictly adhering to all specifications and timelines.
- Commit to a safe and organized workplace, diligently following all established safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Support the team with inventory management, including cycle counts and essential documentation.
- Operate various types of warehouse machinery safely and effectively (relevant certification is an asset).
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
- Physical Stamina: The consistent ability to safely lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Equipment Literacy: Familiarity with standard material handling equipment (e.g., manual/electric pallet jacks).
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Results-Driven: Excellent time management and the ability to meet production and shipping deadlines.
- Forklift Experience is a Strong Asset: Current forklift certification is highly valuable and will open more doors.
