Certified & Experienced: Holds an active sit-down counterbalance forklift license and hands-on operating experience.
Immediately Available: Ready to hit the ground running with no notice period required.
Equipped & Mobile: Owns a reliable personal vehicle for commute/work, along with CSA-approved steel-toe boots (all additional PPE provided).
Elite Communicator: Delivers exceptional verbal clarity, staying locked in on two-way radio/walkie communications in a high-speed setting.
Action-Oriented Leader: Takes charge on the floor, drives team efficiency, and comfortably manages physical tasks like moving bales and supporting production.

Responsibilities
Lead Warehouse Operations: Direct forklift operators, coordinate truck loading and unloading, and maintain flawless material flow across the warehouse.
Keep Production Moving: Feed raw materials to active production lines, remove finished goods immediately, and jump in to support production and daily warehouse cleanup as needed.
Master Communication: Maintain constant, high-clarity radio contact across shifts with Shipper/Receivers, operators, floor staff, and management in a fast-paced environment.
Manage Freight & Documentation: Prepare accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and essential shipping paperwork while using the Top Gun Scanning System for tracking.
Operate Safely: Safely maneuver electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts to move heavy materials like cardboard bales, perform daily maintenance checks, and report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
Certified Operator: Valid certification and proven experience operating an electric sit-down counterbalance forklift.
Elite Communicator: Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially over two-way radio/walkie-talkie.
Natural Leader: Comfortable taking charge, orchestrating team movements, and collaborating seamlessly with supervisors and managers.
Fast-Paced & Flexible: Thrives in a high-speed environment, ready to adapt to daily production needs, handle physical tasks like bale moving, and assist on the line.
