Your Impact
Orchestrate Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate daily delivery schedules, track inbound and outbound shipments, and dispatch transport trucks to deliver essential materials to job sites seamlessly.
Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move, load, unload, and stage incoming tools and raw materials.
Maintain Inventory & Data Reporting: Track yard inventory levels accurately and compile routine operational performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
Optimize Yard Management: Strategically organize outdoor storage layouts to maximize usable space, ensure upcoming project materials are readily accessible, and protect valuable company assets from weather damage.
Drive Equipment & Safety Maintenance: Inspect daily tools and heavy machinery for operational safety to guarantee full compliance with company safety standards.
Execute General Yard Operations: Perform manual material handling and general warehouse maintenance to sustain an orderly, efficient, and hazard-free yard workspace.
Who You Are
Certified Forklift Operator: Hold a valid license with proven hands-on experience operating Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts.
Relevant Field Background: Proven professional track record in shipping/receiving, yard management, or logistics coordination.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.
Physical Readiness & Environmental Adaptability: Capability to execute manual physical labor comfortably across both indoor shop and outdoor yard environments.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal vehicle as site is not transit accessible
Pay & Schedule
Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Utilize a scheduling system to coordinate, track, and provide trucking for the delivery of materials to job sites while managing yard resources.
Maintain highly accurate inventory records, provide routine performance and status reports, and utilize Basic Excel for tracking
Implement efficient storage methods to maximize yard space utility, keeping upcoming jobs accessible and materials safe from damage or weathering
Inspect materials and equipment to ensure proper working conditions while strictly implementing and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Store materials in an orderly manner, safely execute physical labor, and fulfill other general yard and warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Basic Excel; experience with routine maintenance operations is a strong asset.
Must have the physical ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 lbs and work in conditions requiring specialized PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses/goggles).
A valid driver’s license is strictly required.
Must be able to work independently in a busy environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
