Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Full-Time Night Shift
Schedule: Consistent 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Type: Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Location: North Edmonton, AB
Responsibilities
Strictly adhere to all company SOPs and Health & Safety standards.
Proactively report all quality, process, or equipment issues.
Assist with production support duties, including tool cleaning and changeovers.
Actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using a digital caliper, tape measure, and spectrophotometer for critical quality checks (e.g., color verification).
Literacy & Accuracy: Strong ability to accurately read, interpret, and apply information from production work orders and packaging standards.
Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently driven to improve processes and maintain accuracy.
Aptitude: Solid mathematical and mechanical aptitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: You are a self-starter who shows initiative, is comfortable working on some weekends, and adapts easily to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements: You are physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
Commitment: Willingness to successfully complete pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening.
