Responsibilities
• Perform the complete assembly of commercial pumps according to technical specifications and drawings.
• Validate that all parts delivered to the assembly station are accurate, complete, and free of defects.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to secure components and ensure mechanical integrity.
• Update the internal ERP system and production boards in real-time to maintain accurate inventory and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S or similar lean manufacturing standards.
• Assist in the mounting, wiring, and basic programming of self-sensing pump units when required.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or quality issues in the assembly process to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing & logistics team to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using manual and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar production role within manufacturing & logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to the Milton area.
• Commitment to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Flexibility to assist with wiring or programming tasks as production needs evolve.
