Effectively set up workstations to assemble products efficiently, meeting expected timelines while minimizing scrap and rework.
Perform high-quality brazing and precise pipe fitting based on detailed assembly drawings and technical specifications.
Apply insulation to equipment on custom units according to project requirements.
Comply strictly with all company and regulatory safety regulations, ensuring a safe working manner at all times.
Maintain all mechanical equipment within the assembly department, performing routine checks and upkeep.
Perform work efficiently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize a dynamic workload.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve assembly, mechanical, or equipment issues as they arise.
Work collaboratively within a team environment, following guidance and rules from the Assembly Supervisor.
Demonstrate professional conduct, reliability, and punctuality
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of brazing experience is considered a strong asset.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial assembly environment.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Ability to communicate and understand instructions, drawings, and safety protocols in English.
Physical capacity to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended hours, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds as required.
A background in industrial mechanics, pipefitting, or a related field is highly desirable.
