This position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour with a flexible day shift schedule from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-pressure hydrostatic testing on custom CNC-machined parts and assemblies
Perform pressure tests up to 20,000 PSI safely and accurately
Use micrometers and other precision measuring tools to perform detailed quality control inspections
Collaborate with in-house engineers and inspectors to maintain strict control of form, fit, and function
Document testing results and identify any irregularities or failures in the components
Ensure all assemblies meet the specific requirements of the turn-key manufacturing process
Qualifications
Previous experience in mechanical pressure testing or a similar industrial role is required
Proficiency in using micrometers for quality control and dimensional inspections
Familiarity with hydrostatic testing procedures and high-pressure equipment (up to 20,000 PSI)
Ability to work with meticulous execution in a precision manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of shop safety and the risks associated with high-pressure systems
