Key Responsibilities
Equipment Teardown: Efficiently dismantle specialized machinery using hand and power tools.
Precision Cleaning: Ensure all components are cleaned to high standards, removing grease, debris, or build-up to prepare for re-installation.
Staging & Prep: Organize parts and machinery for outgoing transit to various client sites.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of detail to ensure no components are damaged during the dismantling process.

Responsibilities
Machine Prep: Master the teardown process for 2–4 units per day, ensuring they are installation-ready for our clients.
Tool Operation: Skilled use of manual and powered shop tools for equipment disassembly.
Team Synergy: Contribute to a fast-paced production-line environment with a focus on consistency.
Manual Dexterity: Comfortable lifting and moving machinery across various workstations throughout the shift.
Operational Excellence: Keep your station organized to hit daily production targets and maintain safety.
Phase One Focus: This role begins with a 90-day focus on precision cleaning and dismantling—the essential foundation for our equipment standards.
Qualifications
Tool Proficiency: Proven experience safely operating basic hand and power tools.
Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 30–40 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with a partner.
Strong Work Ethic: Excellent organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-based production setting.
Reliability: Consistent and dependable transportation to our Southeast Calgary location.
Safety First: Must own and wear steel toes shoe.
