• Provide comprehensive phone support, triaging inquiries and managing a multi-line telecommunications system.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and manage daily financial reconciliations for clinic services.
• Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with high attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the "back-end admin hub" to ensure all laboratory and test results are filed and flagged correctly.
• Assist team leads and senior staff in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Navigate a fast-paced workflow, ensuring that 150–200 daily patients receive timely and compassionate service.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and basic Microsoft Office suite (Outlook/Excel).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for a professional healthcare setting.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to remain calm under pressure in high-volume environments.
• High level of compassion and empathy when dealing with patients facing neurological challenges.
• Precise data entry skills and a keen eye for administrative accuracy.
