The Details:
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hr + shift premiums.
The Shift: Weekend Schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 12-hour shifts: 1:30 PM – 2:00 AM.

Training: Done on weekdays (either Morning Shift: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM OR Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu, 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
Commute: Reliable personal vehicle required (no transit access).
What You’ll Do:
Operate press brakes and shear equipment to shape and cut metal.
Read blueprints and drawings to ensure exact specifications.
Inspect finished products to meet high-quality standards.
Keep your work area clean and strictly follow safety rules.
Work with the team to hit daily production goals.
What You Bring:
Experience running press brakes and/or shear machinery.
Strong blueprint reading and accurate measuring skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
A reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-first attitude.

Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
