Responsibilities
Execute diverse mechanical and manual tasks to maintain shop workflow and support active fabrication projects.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently to perform routine workshop duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while adapting quickly to fast-paced daily demands.
Collaborate with the workshop team to meet daily production targets during the 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift.
Qualifications
Bring hands-on experience using hand and power tools (saws, hammers, and general shop machinery).
Possess basic mechanical knowledge and a strong physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Demonstrate prior experience working with metals (plasma table experience is a strong advantage).
Show a strong work ethic, a reliable mindset, and a active drive to learn and receive training.
Follow directions accurately while working effectively both individually and alongside a team
