Responsibilities
Solution Advisory & Architecture: Analyze business problems, evaluate M365 tool combinations (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Viva, Copilot), and recommend sustainable technology patterns aligned with target architecture.
Full-Stack M365 & Power Platform Development: Design and build custom applications, canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse tables (entities) with automated business rules and plugins.
Custom Development & Integrations: Build custom C# plugins, custom REST APIs/connectors, MS Graph API integrations, and SPFx web parts/extensions using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
CI/CD & Source Control: Manage codebases, feature branches, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps Repos and YAML pipelines.
Automation & Scripting: Develop advanced PowerShell modules, functions, and error-handling routines to support environment management and deployments.
Security & Governance: Implement dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS), Dataverse security roles, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) permission models.
Knowledge Transfer & Testing: Create solution design documentation, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver walkthroughs to technical staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior Programmer / Software Developer Level 3, possessing extensive professional development experience in enterprise IT environments.
Core Technical Stack Expertise:
Power Platform & Dataverse: High proficiency in Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Dataverse table design, C# plugin development, and Power BI/DAX.
Development Tooling: Deep hands-on experience with C#, Visual Studio, REST APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Web & Frameworks: Experience in SPFx (SharePoint Framework), React, JavaScript (async, hooks, state management), and Fluent UI.
Integration & Scripting: MS Graph API, Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines), and advanced PowerShell.
Security Clearance: Valid Secret clearance (accessing assets up to Protected B level).
Language: Professional written and spoken fluency in English.
