You will be the primary technical authority on-site—taking total ownership of high-pressure boilers, automated CNC hot-wire cutters, pneumatic airveyor systems, and PLC diagnostics.
Advantages

Responsibilities
-Operation, preventive maintenance, line repairs, and TSSA compliance management for high-pressure steam boilers used in EPS foam bead expansion.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting on CNC hot-wire foam cutters, motorized gantries, servo drives, and 24V automation controls.
- 60/40 electrical-to-mechanical fault-finding; reading schematics and running diagnostic checks on Siemens, Omron, and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Maintenance of bulk bead storage silos, high-volume pneumatic conveyance systems (airveyors), blowers, and motor drive assemblies.
-Custom equipment modification, structural repairs, and pipefitting using MIG, TIG, Flux-Cored, Arc, and Stick welding processes.
-Independently sourcing local suppliers, managing spare parts inventory, and handling emergency procurement.
Qualifications
-433A Millwright license
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Demonstrated working knowledge of high-pressure steam boilers and TSSA codes/regulations.
-Proven capability to open electrical panels, trace control circuits, and troubleshoot PLC hardware/logic (Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley).
-Proficient across multi-process welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).
-Ability to travel to Montreal for a 2-week fully paid onboarding and shadowing period upon hire.
