You take direct ownership of facility mechanical, electrical, and thermal infrastructure, reporting to the local Plant Manager with remote technical support from corporate engineering.

Responsibilities
-Thermal & Pressure Systems: Operation, maintenance, and TSSA compliance on industrial steam boiler systems.
-Automated Production Equipment: Diagnostics and repair on multi-axis automated profile cutters, motorized gantries, and servo drives.
-Electrical & PLCs: 50/50 electrical-to-mechanical troubleshooting. Read schematics and diagnose hardware/logic faults on major PLC platforms (Siemens, Omron, AB).
-Material Handling: Preventative and corrective maintenance on bulk storage silos, blowers, and pneumatic conveyance systems.
-Welding & Fabrication: Pipefitting, equipment rebuilds, and structural repair using MIG, TIG, and Stick.
-Vendor Coordination: Source local suppliers, order spare parts, and manage critical stock levels independently.

Qualifications
-433A Millwright License (Mandatory).
-5+ years in industrial manufacturing
-Steam: Hands-on high-pressure steam expertise and working knowledge of TSSA regulations.
-Controls: Proven ability to open control panels, trace circuits, and troubleshoot PLC hardware/logic.
-Welding: Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
-Travel: Able to complete an initial 2-week paid corporate training orientation upon hire.
