This facility is a fast-paced, high-volume operation with very large, heavy-duty machinery.
The environment is loud, dusty, and requires a candidate who is comfortable with these conditions.
You'll be working with a wide range of industrial equipment, including:
-Massive press machines
-Complex conveyors and belt systems
-Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-PLCs and other automated controls
-Silos and raw material handling systems
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual who wants to become an expert in industrial mechanics.
You will gain experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a facility where every team member is committed to working together to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of all manufacturing equipment.
Working with senior Millwrights & team members to learn how to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
Safely working in confined spaces and at various heights.
Adhering to all health and safety protocols in a busy, industrial setting.
Actively participating in all required apprenticeship schooling and training programs.
Qualifications
-Registered Millwright Apprentice (433A) with the Ontario College of Trades, or an individual who is eligible to register.
-Prior experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment is a significant asset.
-A strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in heavy machinery.
-A reliable, punctual team player with a strong work ethic.
-Comfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial environment.
-A safety-conscious mindset.
