We are looking for a service technician to join a growing team in a manufacturer in Hamilton, ON
If you have prior experience with hydraulics, custom machine building, installations, we would like to hear from you.
Role: Service Technician
Pay Rate: $40-$42 per hour
Must be able to travel 25% of the time - within and outside of Canada with no restrictions

Shift: Straight Days
Permeant opportunity which would include vacation and benefits
To be considered for this role, must have experience working and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities
- troubleshoot machinery, hydraulics, electrical systems and more
-install and build new machinery
- complete preventative maintenance on equipment
- strong blueprint reading skills to assemble and repair parts
- properly document work completed as per company requirements
- understand and comply with Health and Safety and Company Policies
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years of machine building/installations
- basic computer skills
- valid Passport and able to travel throughout Canada and the US (some international) approximately 25% of the time
- full G Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- good customer service
- independent, problem solver, multi-tasker
-433a Millwright license an asset
