Responsibilities
-Support and lead a team of 10 maintenance personnel by coaching, using continuous improvement models and being go-to contact person on the floor
-Preform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery such as carton machines, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, check weighers, metal detectors, ovens, and freezers
-Installs and moving of machinery as needed
-Duties as other wise assigned
Qualifications
-433A Millwright License
-Experience in maintenance team lead/supervisor position- food environment preferred
-Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP guidelines
-Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (Certification is a strong asset)
-Collaborative leadership approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
