Shift: Afternoons 3pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday)
Payrate: $45+/ hour

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial machinery, including processing, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Install and commission new machinery, ensuring it meets performance and safety standards.
• Develop and modify Planned Maintenance Programs in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliable and cost-effective performance of all equipment.
• Assist with continuous improvement (CI) projects, documenting findings and solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel and apprentices on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Requisition necessary materials and parts to maintain machinery and assist in determining spare parts stock levels.
• Prepare job material lists and perform job costing for projects.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and be available for call-ins as needed.
Qualifications
• Industrial Millwright Red Seal certification (433A) is mandatory.
• College diploma in a relevant specialization is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic, preferably in the packaged goods or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to cover various shifts.
• Willingness and ability to work at two locations in close proximity as business needs require.
• Ability to adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety regulations.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
