Pay Rate: $48.13 + $1.00 premium
Position: Millwrights with a valid 433a
Shift: Nights - Friday to Tuesday 10pm to 6:30am (no rotations)

Responsibilities
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated processing units and high-speed packaging equipment to maintain operational performance.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical breakdowns rapidly during production shifts to eliminate unplanned downtime and achieve plant productivity targets.
• Dismantle, overhaul, align, install, repair, and test intricate mechanical components, gearboxes, drive systems, and related automated machinery.
• Inspect plant machinery systematically to identify mechanical wear, potential failure points, and operational irregularities prior to critical failures occurring.
• Maintain detailed and precise CMMS logs covering completed work orders, downtime occurrences, replacement parts used, and equipment status updates.
• Strictly uphold and enforce all workplace Health & Safety procedures, GMPs, Food Safety requirements, and plant utility maintenance guidelines (compressors, chillers, boilers).
Qualifications
• Valid Industrial Millwright License (433A certification required); Class B Refrigeration License is considered a strong asset.
• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, ideally within food, beverage, dairy, or high-speed packaging environments.
• Proven expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance programs, and diagnostic procedures on automated production machinery.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and working from complex blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical mechanical specifications.
• Working knowledge of CMMS or enterprise maintenance software systems, with direct SAP experience considered a valuable asset.
