Mould Maker

Responsibilities
- Finishing injection moulds to tight tolerances between 1-2 microns.
- Operating HAAS 3+2 axis CNC mills, CNC lathes with live tooling, and sinker EDM machines.
- Performing manual milling, turning, precision fitting, component polishing, and mold tear-downs.
- Developing programs using conversational programming, Solidworks, and BobCAM software.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mould Maker or Tool & Die Maker.
- Background in both precision machining and custom fabrication.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T.
- Experience utilizing HAAS controls and offline CAM software packages.
