Position: Mystery Shopper - Apartment Rental Experience Researcher
Hours: 2 to 6 hours a week (Flexible) - each assignment will be given a limit of 2 hours maximum
Pay: $25/Hour
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Initiate contact via online web forms, follow up with professional telephone inquiries, and conduct scheduled in-person property tours.

• Document every interaction, including call timestamps, staff names, and specific observations regarding property upkeep and sales presentations.
• Compose clear, objective, and thorough reports detailing your experience and the "customer journey."
Qualifications
• Must have excellent written and verbal English skills for reporting and professional interactions.
• Ability to begin assignments immediately upon confirmation and meet strict 24-hour follow-up windows.
• A keen eye for detail regarding building maintenance and customer engagement.
