Responsibilities
•Develop and implement .NET-based technical solutions based on approved business requirements.
•Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, and unit testing.
•Collaborate with the Project Lead and Business Systems Analysts to clarify and refine requirements.
•Attend project meetings and contribute to team discussions and progress updates.
•Maintain and update tasks in Team Foundation Server to track progress and decisions.
•Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to internal team members.
Qualifications
•Strong experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
•Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
•Experience participating in design reviews, code reviews, and unit testing.
•Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar task and source control tools.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Leads, Business Systems Analysts, and development teams.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to document work and support knowledge transfer.
