Responsibilities
- Office Coordination: Managing and organizing daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics for team events.
-Document Management: Creating, editing, and proofreading professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other critical documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Financial Support: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, preparing expense reports, and managing petty cash (training provided).
- Communication Hub: Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing phone calls, and handling general correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintaining and updating various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with generating routine reports for management.
Qualifications
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly accurate in all tasks, especially when handling data and financial information.
- Proactive Attitude: A strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to a team environment.
