Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/hour
Schedule:
Training (First 1–2 Weeks): Day Shift — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Permanent Shift: Night Shift — Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Responsibilities
Accurately assemble and prepare outbound food orders using RF scanners and pick sheets to ensure flawless deliveries.
Safely navigate and operate Crown Reach Trucks (including high double-deep racking), Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts, and Ride-On Power Pallet Jacks.
Offload incoming freight, verify shipment counts, inspect product packaging integrity, and load outbound trailers efficiently.
Monitor reefer and product temperatures closely, strictly maintaining HACCP and CFIA cleanliness and food safety protocols in our cold storage environment.
Execute regular cycle counts, conduct inventory checks, and optimize product placement throughout the facility.
Qualifications
You bring 3+ years of experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Crown Reach Trucks (high double-deep experience preferred), and Ride-On Power Pallet Jacks.
Hold a valid forklift certification (or an expired/in-house certification—we will fully re-certify you on-site).
Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated freezer environments ranging from 1°C to -23°C (34°F to -10°F). Full gear provided (freezer suit, bib/pants, balaclava, gloves)!
Bring hands-on experience using RF guns/scanners alongside excellent interpersonal and social skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs for hand-piling.
You supply your own CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots and warm base layers; we cover the rest.
Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to reliable personal transportation for night shift commutes in SE Calgary.
